Grimsby Waste to Energy Project in UK

The investment opportunity is offered here to acquire 100% of a fully construction ready 230kt/yr, 23MWp waste to energy project located in Grimsby, on the South Bank of the Humber.

The special purpose vehicle of this WTE project is Alpha Grimsby Limited, with a fully owned subsidiary, Great Coates Energy Ltd.

The project has full planning consent, a long-term land lease and a grid connection. At an advanced stage of pre-construction development, the Project is a Combined 23 MWe Heat and  Power-ready (CHP-ready) facility, designed to use an Advanced Conversion Technology (“ACT”) fuelled by Refuse Derived Fuel (“RDF”).
